Naomi Nari Nam burst onto the scene at the 1999 U.S. Nationals, capturing the silver medal behind Michelle Kwan and instantly becoming skating's new sweetheart. Unfortunately a series of injuries and a surgery hindered Naomi's chances to compete in any major competitions since 2000 Nationals, but she is still training and hopes to come back and compete again in the future.
