I just got back from my follow-up appointment with Dr. Dabinett. She took a look at my chart and said it looks great so far! She said since the 100mg of Clomid seems to be doing its thing in making me ovulate, she wants to do one more cycle of that (if I don't end up pregnant this cycle). If the next cycle fails to produce a pregnancy, then she wants to do an endometrial biopsy. I'm hoping it won't have to come down to that, because that sounds really painful. I'm 8dpo now, so I'll probably test early next week if I can wait that long. I need to buy stock in pregnancy tests I think. My whole bathroom cabinet is full of them!

Ovulation has occured! I'm on CD 23 today and it looks like I ovulated on CD 21. So, that means I'll be 8 dpo at my appointment next Thursday. Maybe she'll want to do blood work? That still seems pretty early though. Oh well - it's the 2ww for us now! Hopefully the Clomid did it's thing this month :).

I think I may have ovulated, which is good. My temp went up ever so slightly today, but it needs to keep going up, up, up to detect ovulation. My cervix has been really high the last few days - I couldn't even feel it at one point, so that's a really good sign. I really don't trust this stupid saliva microscope. I had partial ferning for a few days, but it never went to a full ferning pattern and now there's nothing. I don't think I'll even bother using it during my next cycle. It's confusing. I am sooooo sore from sleeping on my back with my butt on a pillow these last few nights. I'm a tummy sleeper, so it's really annoying, but the doc said that it helps to keep your hips elevated after bd'ing...helps those spermies swim in the right direction! So, maybe one more night of that and then it's back to the tummy! I've been taking my Macrodantin after every time we have sex to avoid the dreaded UTI's I always get. It's working so far.

I just called to make my follow-up appointment with Dr. Dabinett: Sept. 28th. Hopefully by then I'll be pregnant! I took my second dose of 100mg Clomid this morning. No hot flashes yet. AF is slowing down now finally. Did I mention how much I hate her?

Aunt Flo is back with a vengeance. I guess maybe the Prometrium is making it so heavy? I've already soaked two super absorbent tampons within the last hour and a half. I didn't think it would be so bad right after my surgery. Removing the endo was supposed to give me some period pain relief for a while. Now I'm freaking out and worrying that the endo is already back. I have to call the doc's office and make a follow-up appointment for a month from now. I guess I'll do that on Monday. Today I just feel like vegging on the couch with the heating pad. I'll start my 100mg of Clomid on Monday...bring on the hot flashes!!
